Unprofessional. I had Jeremy over to give a quote on replacing 8 decks at our townhouse complex. We looked at the project he took all measurements we picked out color for deck and what product to use. He sounded interested in doing the project and he would get quote to me at the and of the week. Two weeks went by and had not heard from him so texted him and called twice and left message's. He will not return my calls. I think this says a lot about his character and his business practice. Had a great experience with Jeremy from deckworks. He built a new deck for me, power washed my house (had lots of rust from sprinkler system) washed windows! Highly recommend. Very friendly, hard worker. You will not be disappointed!
Fantastic experience with Deck Works—they were thoughtful through the design process and offered honest advice and feedback to make the project turn out better than how I originally envisioned. I really appreciated the attention to detail and direct communication throughout. Our new deck is beautiful, really wish we had done it sooner!!
