I cannot comment on their work but a representative from York was upset when a widow friend wanted an estimate and she didn't sign that day. He acted like she was inconveniencing him. So he took off without leaving his contact info. And has yet to send it in writing. The estimate is supposed to be good for one year. Even if she decided to go with deck wizard they just lost her business. Can't run a company with employees like him.
July 24th, my neighbors got a new deck from this company. I came home from work to discover tire tracks/ruts in my yard from them driving through my yard with their truck. After calling the parent company in Maryland and the local branch in Harrisburg I was told by the local Manager Mike he would stop by to see what happened and what it would take to resolve it. They kept calling and calling me so I set up an appointment and guess what no call no show. What a great company
Run away!!! For the price I paid, I could have had a local handyman do the deck 3 times and probably would last twice as long. 10 months after the stain, the paint started peeling and whatever they used to cover the screws started coming up. When I called, they did send one guy out to do my very large deck. There were bare spots and quality not good at all, then they sent a manager, the first time he did it, never stained on the other side of the railing.
