I contracted them to clean and oil a hardwood deck. It has been over a month and it still hasn't dried, it is sticky to walk on and collects any dust, seeds or debris floating around - it looks like flypaper. I called the company, sent them pics and the owner admitted "they used too much product" and would be out the next Tuesday or Wednesday to correct the issue. I’ve used DR for the past two years and their work (Tom Anthony) has been fantastic. My deck is a challenge because you can only access it with a ladder but that has not deterred Tom from making my deck look great.

My parents just had their handicap ramp into their front door pressure washed and stained by Deck Rescue. Tony and his personnel were professional and did a fantastic job from quoting to final stain. I highly recommend Deck Rescue.

Very Poor Communication and Services. Several of our steps needed to be replaced, and then the bottom rail became unstable. Ultimately they are not a full services restoration company, and the communication during the project was not satisfactory. The owner's responses were quite insulting, and our job is incomplete. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Was very easy to get a quote which was more than reasonable. They started the work quickly, crew was always very nice. In the end we got the job we wanted done that looked great, was affordable, and done ahead of schedule. Will definitely use again.
