Very Poor Communication and Services. Several of our steps needed to be replaced, and then the bottom rail became unstable. Ultimately they are not a full services restoration company, and the communication during the project was not satisfactory. The owner's responses were quite insulting, and our job is incomplete. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Was very easy to get a quote which was more than reasonable. They started the work quickly, crew was always very nice. In the end we got the job we wanted done that looked great, was affordable, and done ahead of schedule. Will definitely use again.
Deck Rescue did a great job re-staining my wood deck. They communicated frequently through the process and it turned out excellent.
The worst company on earth. I contacted them to paint my fence and gave them the color I wanted. Partially through the job, I noticed different colors along the back of the fence. They mixed reddish-orange paint into another color and the entire back of the fence had to be replaced. They emphatically refused to come out and see the botched job .... Called for an estimate never received. Called back 2 weeks later, still on list for an estimate. Work schedule in late July! Maybe I could have scheduled sooner if I had received an estimate. Poor, rude. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, they won’t call ya back!
