"New" and more expensive apartments like those at `1024 oakhill rd` have paper-thin walls. You will NOT be able to sleep if your neighbor so much as sneezes. Owner remains suddenly unresponsive right after I moved in. Assume the matter remains unresolved if this review post hasn't changed. Who builds such garbage like this in 2025 when the flaws are so obvious?
Me and wife live there for 3 years always paid on time or before time. So we turned in a 30 day notice that we moving out and then reached out her 30 days about our deposit Debbie the owner said checks go out on the first it's now the 8th and I still haven't received anything . It doesn't take two weeks to mail a check to another state
