Igor and his team did an incredible job refinishing our 15’x16’ rooftop deck. They were flexible with our start date, communicative, and completed the sanding and staining in just three days. Their work was top-notch, and their rate was the best we found in the city. We’ll definitely hire them again for future projects.
This is a first time we use Home Remodeling Contractor to remodel two bathrooms in our house in Marin. This company was referred to us by our neighbors. A year ago, they built for them a quality custom backyard shed as an additional space they use it as an office. We had a great experience working with Home Remodeling Contractor on our home renovation. Igor and Ilya were great with: communication, timing, obtaining permits, and actual work. They helped us move a wall to open up our kitchen, remodel our kitchen and bathroom. They were efficient, explained what they would do with thorough drawings, and did what they said they would do. It turned out beautiful, especially our shower.
We recently worked with Igor and Ilya on two projects. The first was a complicated mud room to bedroom conversion. A lot of custom work had to be done and their attention to detail was amazing. We were so pleased with our experience we hired them again to build us a 10 x 12 " shed" we are using it for our home library, office and gym. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Igor and team did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. We had very specific requirements, and they were able to execute on our vision with great attention to detail. The plumbing, tile, drywall, finish work, electrical, and all other elements were of a very high quality. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept us in the loop, and successfully navigated the inspection and permitting process. Highly recommend, we'll certainly work with them on future projects.
