Mark Brazzell and Deck One breached a contract with me on 4/7/2025. Mark told me he was done replacing the windows and painting and I was ready to move in. I went into the home and took the pics below. Mark Brazzell and Deck One charged me $20,000 for the total contract and tried to charged me $2900 just for this terrible paint job.
