I thought the builders did an excellent job. Hard workers and listened to concerns. The administrative side could use some improvement. We had a minor issue and they failed to communicate with me. Sometimes it was hard to figure out who to contact with questions. Finally, some of the hardware (lights transformer in particular, could have been better quality).
I'm so happy when I find a good contactor! These guys were so professional and did a quality job. You won't be disappointed if you choose them to do your deck. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Deck Guardian was as good as advertised. They know what they’re doing. The initial plan and estimate was a great collaboration of exactly what we wanted. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The carpenters were impressive with their quality and speed. The overall process was very easy for us, and we would highly recommend.
