These company is awful. They buy up all the small accounts. So they can have the monopoly. Then they jack the prices up every year. We have very simple taxes to do. They wanted 500$ last year. Now this year they want 1500$. They weren’t worth 500$. They don’t even call you back to answer the question that you ask of them but they will call for 500$ bill. We had horrible experiences with Archford. They mad countless mistakes not only on our taxes, but also on our payroll checks, ppp, ERC, and at the end they did not complete what they promised and billed us for the full amount. We requested for a meeting, but they refused. I spoke with Amanda White via telephone countless times, but her unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge did not solve our problems.

Used a small accounting firm that was bought out by Archford last year with fantastic Customer Service This year I had to drop-off of my tax documents in their drop box. After 10 days of not hearing anything called to ensure the documents were received or if there was anything further that they needed. Ended up having to leave 4 voicemails and they have not returned any of the calls. Appears the the company has no respect for their customers.

Failed to file my taxes for two years state and federal resulting in fines. Would not reimburse me or remedy anything. I was forced to refile myself. Emails went unanswered as I faced the stress dealing with the mess. Beware.
