I worked in the claims department and I’m telling you do not work here if you wish your opinion about things that you feel is not right they will fire you if you have any type of opinion that the manager does not like you will be fired. I was fired and I was never given a reason why I was fired they just said they were terminated my position never told me why unemployment called they didn’t tell them why. DO NOT WORK HERE!

I was employed by DR for 2 years and was able to expand my knowledge in mortgage servicing technology. As a result of my time at DR I decided to pursue additional education and BA certification. Leadership at DR has been supportive and open to knowledge share which made for a challenging but rewarding work enviornment. I would highly recommend this innovative company.
