I discovered a leak in their water heater. When I called, it was about 7 p.m., after office hours had finished, but they answered and said they could come the next morning to install the water heater. Very professional and responds to inquiries within minutes. Extremely recommended.

The technicians arrived punctually and were courteous. They provided me with a detailed explanation of their plan to replace the current water heater. During the assembly procedure, an issue with the ventilation system was identified. They were patient in their explanation of my options, and the issue was then ultimately resolved. We are exceedingly pleased with the services provided by Jordan Plumbing.
