Decision One Debt Relief in business to help themselves first, then their customers - Totally rip off. I will not recommend them to anyone
It sounds good at the beginning but they do not have a legal team to defend you against agressive collectors, they do nothing unless you have some good money in their "account". Besides there is no way you can contact an agent since they are always in "another call" and you get mixed and confusing answers from several people. If the collector files suit against you they tell you to "wait for a judgement to happen" and only then "we will negotiate a settlement". You heard that right. One of the worse companies ive encountered, ***** ***** the account executive is the biggest liar known to man. I had a business advance and this guy calls telling me that he can help deal with it and didnt tell me much about what they offered, and in turn all of my receivables was put on hold with one of my biggest clients due to a ucc.
