I don't even know where to begin with how terrible the customer service is with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had nothing but issues while we were using their hosted service for Quickbooks and their poor customer service made it an even worse experience. I am not sure we made it longer than a week at a time without something being messed up and having to call only to be met with their annoyance for having to help us.
