I sought out Coco when I was looking for a new modality - I felt like I was no longer getting much out of talk therapy. Coco brings clinical experience while operating from a holistic, spiritual place which has been incredibly healing for me. I'd recommend Coco to those who feel like they've hit a plateau in their healing journey as well as newcomers to therapy alike. She is kind and warm and is absolutely practicing from a place of genuine care.

We are incredibly grateful for the support our daughter has reveived. She has been seeing Coco. I reached out after my daughter was struggling with the sudden and unexpected death of a family member. She had just turned 7 and due to her age, I was not sure how to navigate these conversations or struggles. Coco has been an amazing counsellor. I’ve been seeing Chloe for almost 2 years, and she has supported me through some of the most challenging times in my life. She creates a space where I feel safe, heard, and understood, which has made a huge difference in my healing and growth. She is incredibly patient and thoughtful in her guidance, and has helped me navigate difficult situations in a healthier way. I’ve been working with Coco for the past several months and appreciate how her art therapy approach helps me to tap into different parts of my brain and nervous system when I’m processing challenging things. She asks thoughtful, non-judgemental questions to get the conversation going and then we usually dive into an activity that involves drawing or interacting with other multimedia pieces to help me better grapple with the complex feelings I’m working through.
