I've only had one visit so far but the friendliness of their receptionist when I first called for an appointment sold me on them. I hadn't bought my devices from them but needed to have them program checked. She assured my, contrary to other places I'd contacted, that they would still be willing to accommodate me. Dr. Bannon was super nice, knowledgable, gave me all the time I needed, activated certain aspects of my devices that needed activation, added programs that I wanted, and made certain that the needs of my audiogram ... read more
