You know every time I go in there. They are kind and professional. They always thank me for my service. Well I would like to turn the phrase around to say DECATUR VA thank you for your service
Poor healthcare is pretty much the norm from Danville and it's satellite offices, particularly Decatur. I have heard very good things regarding the VA clinic in Columbia Missouri, and not too bad of items regarding the care out of Peoria. but in the Midwest the Decatur office is pretty much tantamount to assisted suicide. Very poor care, communication and support.
If some of my veteran fellas tak’n betta control on care of yerself u wouldnt be relyin’ on anutha to do it fer ya. But u used to tak’n orders aintcha? Want fries wit dat?
If you ever go here for lab work please be careful. One lab tech in particular will go through your records… for what I do not know but I caught him going back further than needed in my records. I asked was everything ok while I was sitting longer than normal watching him doing it. Then he (the white guy) had the nerve to get smart with me as if I was wrong. 🤦♂️ Please stop it sir now!
I have worked with Many different providers here and they are pretty awesome! Ann Hocking, and Dr Grant have helped me and have really been so good to me. I have also deal with Melissa from mental health that has taken the time to follow up with me to make sure I got what I needed. I honestly have never had that, so I just feel like Im somewhere that people care about the patients.. Thanks for going above and beyond for us vets!
