The clinic offers poor service to the Veterans. It should either close its doors or offer a service that the Veterans deserve. I have made three calls to get an appointment. They tell me that I will get a call back, but no calls. I will use a private doctor since VA will not honor my years of Army Service.
This statement is in regards to not receiving proper post-op care after May 13th, 2025 Lumbar surgery referred out to VA community care. On May 15th, while I recovering in the hospital, two days post-surgery, I had a video conference with my new primary care physician assistant, Lisa Melton. She told me she was taking one of my pain medicines away and would not order anything until I was discharged from the hospital. I told her that now was not the time to start taking my medications away, and that I needed to get through th... read more
