It’s unfortunate because I like the staff. I called to schedule for a possible UTI (recurrent history) and was told someone spoke with me in March and I had been transferred to ozarka lake location, I was lactating and pregnant and currently seeing an OB. None of that is right. It worries me someone else’s information is in my chart greatly because now I’m questioning the quality of care and hippa problems this is going to cause.
The VA’s Overall Care is beyond Excellent & Professional. In my personal humble opinion, All fellow Veterans should be mindful that they are not the only Veterans seeking Medical Care, nowhere does anything happen with the “snap of a finger” for just one person, There is always another Veteran who needs & deserves the same care you expect too and in many cases even more so than we think we do and it should be expected that the other Veterans Care can & should be a priority! Awesome clinic, friendly, fast and supportive staff!
For VA services it is more personable then most. The clinic is mostly outsourced, not direct VA hires, but friendly and without the 'chips' on their shoulders. Due to increased Veterans everywhere, they do have scheduling issues, but i do not know if a VA that doesn't. (Heck, most medical offices have scheduling issues.) I've worked at a big VA hospital before, and I definitely prefer this small clinic over the hospital setting for my 'everyday' needs.
