Cannot get primary care appointment when I call. Patient advocate, Veronica Lopez works from home often and is impossible to get a hold of. You cannot call her. You have to wait for her call back, which is horrible if you have bad cell phone service. I had to walk in one day and she was lovely. I got a dental appointment for right side deep cleaning and dental work on lower right quadrant through choice program with her help. This is the best VA clinic I've ever gone to.
Definitely have an UNPROFESSIONAL worker by the name of Ashley Hunter, calling people off the work phone and making threats to innocent people. I definitely wouldn’t want someone like that working any type of facility or clinic. If anything I will definitely contact corporate about how unprofessional this is and how she definitely doesn’t need to work in this type of environment or establishment.
