I have been going here for a little over two years now. I was originally invited by a friend and hoped it would be a good way for me to get active again. I am mom of two little ones and work full time job. I needed something I could get to quickly, get my heartbeat going, and get home quickly. This started out as just that. WHEN PEOPLE SHOW YOU WHO THEY ARE BELIEVE IT. The owner threw coffee at my car because I wouldn't move up on the bumper of a car in front of me during construction & traffic at a halt in front of his business. So he called me many names but a child of GOD which I am, hit my car trying to squeeze through because he was impatient. Then told officer it was my fault because I wouldn't move up & I laughed at him while his clients watched out window of his business. Had a great time at Decatur Strength and Conditioning! I wish I started this place sooner before I moved but was very pleased and happy with the results in the two months I was there. The instructors are knowledgeable and make the classes fun. People of all ages are there! I’m a physical therapist and have been recommending this place to my patients once they reach their goals. Highly recommend and will definitely come back if I’m in the area. :)
