Have had a unit there for many years. The staff WAS excellent and the prices WERE as good as I think you COULD find. It is always clean and neat and the gates work and it's pretty easy to get in/out of. Never had any problems on their end - UNTIL NOW. The elevations are pretty dramatic and yes, you can drag bottom in places, but it is for water runoff, so can't really complain. I no longer can recommend. Rental increase of 1.43 from $175.00 to $260.00.
We just got a storage unit this week and it was after hours. They did a great job helping us.
