Friendly folks, very helpful and accommodating!
Our household was in climate controlled storage from November 2013, until October 2016. Everything was in perfect condition. We moved to Huntsville, Texas, so there was no checking on our "stuff". The owners were always polite and helpful. I don't know what their policy is now, but our unused rent was pro-rated back to us. Do not take for granted that you have a locally owned facility at your disposal. We are now in a corporately owned facility and it is horrible. This was a wonderful experience for us. Thank you!
Have had a unit there for many years. The staff is excellent and the prices are as good as I think you can find. It is always clean and neat and the gates work and it's pretty easy to get in/out of. Never had any problems on their end. The elevations are pretty dramatic and yes, you can drag bottom in places, but it is for water runoff, so can't really complain. I would definitely recommend.
