I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Decatur Pro has been incredibly frustrating and expensive. Thousands of dollars. I brought my car here after a hit-and-run accident where I had clear video proof of the other driver and damage. My insurance covered the claim, but this shop refused to support me by confirming obvious accident-related damage to the insurance company. I had a great experience with this shop after my car was damaged in an accident. It needed major body work, suspension repairs, and airbag replacement, and it was close to being totaled. Theo was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially when working with the insurance company. He clearly explained every step and made a stressful situation much easier.
