Needs Zero Stars Avoid Decatur Pro Auto Repair – Dishonest, Unreliable, and Unprofessional My experience with Decatur Pro Auto Repair has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve spent over $2,000 with them, and instead of fixing my vehicle, it’s gotten worse. Decatur Auto pro, use to be a great place to take your car a few years ago, now I wouldn’t recommend. This year my car was serviced twice, back in March they first quoted me a price which I agreed with then went in and did some extra stuff without asking and charge 600 more than what we agreed, of course that was disputed with the manager. They stated it was some leaks in the hose and they repair but found another leak . I love this place! So trustworthy, reliable, and timely. I’ve had a couple repairs done here and it’s always quick and economical. Communication is transparent and consistent. I genuinely wish all repair shops conducted business in this manner.
