Awesome honest shop
By far the best and most swift auto repair I have experienced in the Metro Atlanta area. Great customer service. Steve and Theo are very knowledgeable and they listen. The mechanics are great and there to do their jobs and not just hang around like I see in many establishments.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Decatur Pro has been incredibly frustrating and expensive. Thousands of dollars. I brought my car here after a hit-and-run accident where I had clear video proof of the other driver and damage. My insurance covered the claim, but this shop refused to support me by confirming obvious accident-related damage to the insurance company.
