We have used Riverside Pediatrics since my son was born. We have been very pleased with our care. Dr. Khouri is who mainly sees our son and has always been kind and given great advice and medical attention and our son loves him! We have on occasion seen Dr. Parmer, Natalie and Johanna and we also loved them! Anytime we’ve needed to come in our concerns are always taken seriously and we are seen that very day and are usually able to be seen within the hour. All staff are professional, kind, and caring with my grandson. Always knowledgeable and attentive to his needs.

The senior lady at the front desk is very mean and doesn’t help with nothing. She is impatient and does not do the work required to get patients in. When you call her she is dismissive. Based on my experience she does not understand her role and job description. Wrong person to be working in a pediatric facility. Be aware!
