The senior lady at the front desk is very mean and doesn’t help with nothing. She is impatient and does not do the work required to get patients in. When you call her she is dismissive. Based on my experience she does not understand her role and job description. Wrong person to be working in a pediatric facility. Be aware!

CRNP there was a joke. I asked to have my child see Dr. Khouri and was told she had to see Johana by the receptionist and the nurse the next day also wouldn’t accept a change in provider. Johana is terrible. My daughter has a congenital disease and all they ever did was prescribe steroids and cough meds and say “I’d have to check her chart” if I brought up health issues. She said my child did not have asthma, said it was acid reflux and gave her Prilosec. I took her to a specialist and she DOES have chronic asthma and the co... read more
