This is actual Georgia Behavioral Health. Note they don't list a website here. It's because people will search for and find real reviews of this place. You will need additional therapy after visiting this office. Rude and condescending are the only ways to describe the staff and receptionists who work here. They will LAUGH at you if you don't show up with paperwork, will take forever to get you said paperwork, then tell you to reschedule your appointment. Help yourself by seeking help somewhere else.
The providers are awesome however the customer service is awful. After requesting a simple patient release form multiple days and in multiple forms( I.e. email by phone and leaving a voice message) and being told they will email me one right away.. shocker- I have still yet to receive it. It has become more of a hassle to get a form than to find a McDonald’s that has a working ice cream machine
