Horrible they will not listen to you. The doctor will just walk in talk to you for two minutes then walk out and charge you thousands! Drive to Huntsville and go to any other location Doctor light Benjamin needs to learn how to listen instead of turning his back and trying to walk out of the room while you’re talking.
The staff is never sure why the VA sends customers here, but they will make sure you are charge in all if it.
I called asking for same day appointment, was told that they typically can't see patients same day, and also he was a new patient as well....I was asked what was going on that sometimes they can make exceptions. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and she was SO professional. She told me all of the nurses were gone to lunch and the Doctor was in surgery that she would call back at 1 to let me know if they could see him.
