I called asking for same day appointment, was told that they typically can't see patients same day, and also he was a new patient as well....I was asked what was going on that sometimes they can make exceptions. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and she was SO professional. She told me all of the nurses were gone to lunch and the Doctor was in surgery that she would call back at 1 to let me know if they could see him.
