I had sudden deafness one ear. A quick internet search said to consider it as an emergency. I had two options, going to the ER and waiting to see a specialist who was on call not knowing how long it would take the doctor to get there or try to get directly Into see ENT specialist without an appointment. Waiting for over an hour past the appointment time for the Dr to run in and out of the room in 1 minute is rude and unprofessional. My time it just as valuable as anyone else's. Someone needs to figure out scheduling or at least communicate with the patients and let them know what's going on.
Dr Light did both of my son’s ear tubes and a tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy on my oldest. We see him often for check ups and we never have to wait long, and he always answers any questions we have. Always a great experience.
