Basically had no sense of human decency, treated me like I was a burden for calling and asking what kind of insurances they take. I have some of the best insurance you can buy, and could have went forward with scheduling as a new patient, but I always ask about Medicaid first, to see how they treat me. Absolutely disgusting being talked down to the way I was on the phone. i was a minor with braces, life happened and my parents could no longer afford to pay the braces off which they later filed bankruptcy on. we never signed any contracts or allowed for the dental bill to be sent to collections which they did against HIPPA. now almost 10 years later, i’m an adult with a family and they refuse to me even though it was an emergency. 10/10 do not recommend. they’re more concerned with money than helping others.

I had an awful experience with this dental office. After receiving routine dental services, I was shocked to find out that despite paying the full amount at the time of service, the office then tried to submit a claim to my insurance for the same services I had already paid for. This is completely unprofessional and feels dishonest. When I called to get an explanation of the bill, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
