I had an awful experience with this dental office. After receiving routine dental services, I was shocked to find out that despite paying the full amount at the time of service, the office then tried to submit a claim to my insurance for the same services I had already paid for. This is completely unprofessional and feels dishonest. When I called to get an explanation of the bill, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Thee worst place to get any type of dental work done. Completely rude staff and double charging, bills your insurance then still sticks you with large bill, then refuses to see you on any follow up work until Bill is paid in full.
I was excited when a friend referred me to Decatur Dental. I’m getting married next summer and my fiancé and I agreed one thing we wanted to spend money on was my smile. I called the office and a lady named Julie answered and told me to hold because she didn’t do the scheduling.
