Great customer service! Wanting to upgrade, it was suggested I look into a Trek at DBS. I talked to Wes, and after learning my riding habits, we decided the FX S 5 model would best suit my needs. Wes was very patient and thorough, covering every detail of the bike. He even watched me on a test ride, to make sure it was the right fit and the ride (though just around the parking lot)felt right.
