As a 1st time customer w/ Decatur Auto Body I had 3 BAD experiences. # 1. I was having a letter replaced on my vehicle that came off. Decatur Auto Body ordered the letter and when I dropped my car to have the letter put on,30 mins later I received a phone call saying the supplier sent them the wrong color letter. Well I must say they seem to be very rude. I took my car in to be worked on because the first time the paint was rough. The head guy cant remember his name looked like a body builder was very rude and his breath smelled like alcohol. I wont be back.
