As a 1st time customer w/ Decatur Auto Body I had 3 BAD experiences. # 1. I was having a letter replaced on my vehicle that came off. Decatur Auto Body ordered the letter and when I dropped my car to have the letter put on,30 mins later I received a phone call saying the supplier sent them the wrong color letter.
