Decater performance is a top tier athletic training facility with extensive equipment for all needs, in excellent condition. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner leads by example and is very down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone ranging from non athletes looking to lose weight, to sports athletes looking to improve performance in all sports specializations.
First step in and we instantly felt welcomed. Great sense of community, The trainers are knowledgeable, funny, energetic and motivating. The gym has everything you need for a challenging workout you can customize to your fittness level. Classes are offered multiple times a day. Great gym.

Staff is amazing! I could not ask for three more supportive, funny, and caring folks. I adore them all so much, each trainer is different but all equally and incredibly wonderful. Love them all! They meet you where you're at and don't make you feel bad about it.
