After asking DECA over the course of 7 months when I need to be moved out since I could not afford the rent after my prepayments ended. It was April 30th 2024. I get an email on April 7th telling me I owe them over $1,000.00! When I called to ask them about it they were incredibly rude and nasty.
Wilson, J._1 — James Earl Wilson Stacy thank you and DECA for installing the Dryer vent for me just noticed it today. Again another reason why I came back to Deca. because after you all lost the account on Castleman and they new mangers remodeled, I had to pay to have a new gas line installed and vents it had cost me a total of $250.00 and they would not even give me my deposit back. Again Thank you
