watch out their hours charge This is not an honest vendor. We ordered the service but we found out their charged hours is incorrect we have employee and camera showing the hours the charge is dishonest.
I worked at Deca forklift for 6 months decent repair shop I needed a job and they hired me, , I got my forklift license there but the best thing by far are they did for me was sent me home for 3 days for a really small infraction I put cat litter in the trash can "seriously" I should have been reprimanded but the three days at home gave me the opportunity to apply for the job I have today and for that I'm blessed thank you Mike
Highly overpriced service. Plan on spending a minimum of 200 dollars just to have them transport your forklift in order to diagnose it (non optional). Terrible customer service. Denise was rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend deca forklift repair.
