AMAZING WORK, QUALITY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot support this company enough! Amy was fantastic to coordinate with, and Jason and his wife are incredibly talented as they installed our bathroom shower tile, and floor. Dec Tech sticks by their quality and unwavering effort to keep me (or any customer I am sure) beyond impressed. I will absolutely be using them for all my floor, tile, and installed needs. Thank you!
Just had my kitchen and bathroom floor done. I am so pleased with it. Dana was great. Polite and so helpful to me . I couldn't bend down to clean things because I have a neck brace on so he did it for me. Even vacuumed. And Amy, the owner was very kind to me considering my current situation. I would highly recommend this company.

A very disappointing experience all around. I had the entire second floor recarpeted. When we put down our deposit, we were quoted around a month turn around based on current projects. It ended up being a two month wait after I finally pressured them and reminded them about their previous timeline. The communications I had with Amy, the president, were very unprofessional. My name was misspelled on the invoice. Emails were riddled with spelling and grammar errors. It made it extremely difficult to communicate, especially giv... read more
