A very disappointing experience all around. I had the entire second floor recarpeted. When we put down our deposit, we were quoted around a month turn around based on current projects. It ended up being a two month wait after I finally pressured them and reminded them about their previous timeline. The communications I had with Amy, the president, were very unprofessional. Had two rooms carpeted. Competitive pricing, good customer service and clean installation. I would recommend them.
DecTec is the best in the business. Amy was helpful, informative and friendly in helping me make my decision. Patrick and Jason did a beautiful job with the installation end of it, they too were friendly and helpful. They helped with moving furniture and even moved a bureau to the garage for me. Dec Tec will not disappoint
