I will NEVER GO BACK to Dec jewellers. I brought in my grandmothers ring to create a custom piece, I was taken advantage of and charged 1350$ for a ring that made me CRY. I felt I ruined my grandmothers ring by bringing it to Dec jewellers. I came back and asked for help to fix it and was told there was no way to create the ring I envisioned.
