I've been treated like my mental health doesn't matter just the Insurance. The Receptionist, Supervisor and Therapist are unprofessional and just don't care. My appointment was canceled with my therapist Sandra Gauker and was told that they would reach out to me to reschedule. And my therapist didn't even bother to reach out herself to see if I was okay and do I have enough medication. Its like the want you to commit suicide and less they have to worry about. i love it here! my psychiatrist & therapist are great! there are a lot of extra services available like a dietician, mindfulness group therapy, art therapy & i do qigong with the exercise specialist every week. everyone i’ve encountered here has been great & the receptionists are super friendly too. i was on a waitlist for a therapist for several months but it was worth the wait

Terrible. Front desk staff is rude. They have cancelled and rescheduled 3 of my appointments in a month. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times, and nobody gets back to you.

Horrible staff tells me to come in at 10.30 am then said it was 2.30 appointment full of incompetent staff will never come back here

Went yesterday and I felt dehumanized by one of the doctors’ supervisors. The service given by the receptionists is great but when you get evaluated you are basically dehumanized. It’s quite difficult to make a minor feel such a way but they definitely have me feeling worse than I was before entering. I wouldn’t suggest this place, please ask for an alternative location with your neurologist/doctor.
