Psychiatrists here don't really listen to your exact problem for ADD and just keep redirecting you to the same medication classes or to only their point of view and that's it even though you've experimented with their previous medications that they keep pushing you to do that just don't work for you. I am disappointed with the service here it stinks my insurance doesn't get accepted at other places that I'm stuck here for psychiatric help.

These people do NOT answer the phone nor return calls. Mental health is not a priority to this office. 3 weeks without a returned phone call even after following the message instructions- this place makes working on your mental health much harder than it has to be & clearly do not care for the well being of potential/existing patients. No other forms of contact are available. My insurance couldn’t even get ahold of them as well.

Went to this appointment with my fiancee. I don't think she was listening to a word he was saying to her when he was trying to tell her what was going on. Plus I also think she didn't understand him, her English wasn't very good. She was paying more attention to her computer, and she kept playing with her lanyard name tag, and looking at her phone. Worst doctor I have ever been to. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I've been treated like my mental health doesn't matter just the Insurance. The Receptionist, Supervisor and Therapist are unprofessional and just don't care. My appointment was canceled with my therapist Sandra Gauker and was told that they would reach out to me to reschedule. And my therapist didn't even bother to reach out herself to see if I was okay and do I have enough medication. Its like the want you to commit suicide and less they have to worry about.
