Dr. Reich is exactly the type of ENT we were looking for. Knowledgable of course—also explains her thought process clearly and considered my perspective as a parent. Will be recommending her enthusiastically to our friends.
Dr. Reich is very thorough and careful. She gave me several options that I could choose from to help with my ear issues. The practice is amazingly well run - making medical appointments has become a nightmare recently so I was amazed how easy it was to book an appointment and a followup. HIghly recommend!
