My appointment was at 7:30 am (I never knew any doctors' office to be open that early) and I was called back at exactly that time. The reception staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Sorenson is a consummate professional who knows what's she's doing. She's competent, friendly, and yes, she even has a wonderful sense of humor. I loved her.
Very friendly. Takes her time but dose not waste yours. Listens to your needs and explains things so I can understand. I would recommend her to anyone.
Made an appointment in December for March. In February I got a call they are discontinuing their contract with my insurance and I'm out of luck. Just a "sorry, find someone else." Now I have to wait another three months during a pandemic. No concern for me whatsoever.
Great experience as a new patient of Dr. Sorensen's. She was kind, listened to me and thorough. Highly recommend her!
