Quick, organized, and minimal wait time.
It was very thorough. I feel even the smallest bumps of an allergic reaction should also be taken in consideration because it is still painful or inconvenient to the patient.
Only downside of this visit was the wait. I came 30 min early and left 90 min after arrival. Fully understand things get backed up. You can only do so much in an over burdened system. Dr. Vassallo is worth the wait anyways. Clear explanations and laid out the plan in an easy to follow manner. He's very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Team did their best to make up for the delay with quick intake and a short wait time once I had been taken back. Much appreciated.
Everything went really well with the challenge!
I was not pleased with my experience with Dr. Kelly. My consultation with him was very quick and rushed because he had to go treat another patient at the hospital. I was understanding but this situation should have been handled better given I traveled an hour to get there. I also found him to be disingenuous on a few occasions and his nurses had a snarky attitude.
In addition to having excellent training, experience and knowledge, Dr. Davis-Lorton has exceptional interpersonal skills. We would go back and recommend him to others.
He listen to everything I had to say very positive and understanding he makes sure you understand before you leave
