On August 4th, 2015 I would have heard my Son/Daughter's heart beat for the very first time. Unfortunately on this day a heart beat was not detected. Her beside manner was horrific to say the least. I will never forget her words to me, instead of condolences/I'm sorry for your loss. She began to express that she had 4/5 children of her own and never had any problems like this with any of her pregnancies. She wasn't very enthusiastic. She made me feel very uncomfortable and when she told me something, she would be very stern and say "does that click for you?". She wouldn't listen and would repeat her questions in different ways as if I was stupid; even though I already answered them for her. It was my first time and I absolutely will not be going back to her.
