Was a patient in my teen years. I was dropped because I couldn’t afford $70 for a recommendation note she wrote me. Which I was never notified it would be that amount if any at all. The office staff was extremely rude to me and tried to gaslight me into believing I was told and I was a liar. I also would like to bring up the fact that when I was diagnosed with bpd it was extremely demonized / fear mongered to me. I was also on WAY to many medications at once for such a young age. The office staff is horrible--Dr. W is retiring and they refused to get in contact with her so I could get a referal form filled out for my new Dr.
The staff is so rude and unprofessional, it doesn’t make any sense.
I have been Dr. Debra Williams patient since 2008 she is the greatest Dr I have ever known unfortunately her office staff ( lady at front window ) are incredibly rude and unprofessional
