We used this realtor, and had issues from the start. She made appointments with us that she didn't make and advised us to spend our entire savings just to make the sale. Then when it came to buying our new house the homeowner paid for repairs to be done, which Debra arranged with the cheapest repairman she could find in order to maximize her profits. Deb Holdampf was our realtor when we sold our house in Coal Valley. What a great experience. First she held what they call a Realtor open house.. (that introduces our house to other realtors). Then, public open houses on a regular. She didn’t just put that sign in our yard & wait. She worked hard for us & got a great sale. She was always there for our questions & organized all the inspections & repairs. I would definitely use her again & refer her to friends & family.
