Debra Oliver handled my situation extremely poorly. She purported to have expertise in DC landlord / tenant law. Nothing could be further from the truth. She didn't even know how to create a pdf document and evidently don't have any staff that could provide a suitable, professional letter. I had to update her letter to correct font, content and format. After charging me a lot of money, she provided me with a letter that got thrown out in court as not being properly done.
