I’ve been a patient of Dr Boyer for 19 years and wouldn’t want any other physician managing my health plan. Office visits are timely and staff is always professional! I probably have to improve in that area some but they put up with my humor just the same. Anytime I have left a message on MyChart pertaining to an issue or medication is responded to within 12 hours by a nurse but more typically Dr Boyer herself!! I highly recommend Debra Boyer and her staff for your healthcare concerns.
Wait times have improved. Office staff is friendly. Dr. Boyer has great bedside manner.
The Fox Hill office is one of the most unprofessional offices I have been to with staff who have no idea what they are doing. If you can get anyone to actually answer the phone, you are typically put on hold from 5-10 minutes and when you finally get to speak to a nurse, you either get their voicemail or they have no idea what they are talking about. I have been a patient off and on for almost 20 years. I always come back because Dr. Boyer, cares deeply and, will do her absolute best to give each patient quality care.
