Customer service and professionalism is top rank at Shoreline Vision. Dr. Deborah Wu is incredibly thorough, from exams performed to detailed explanations that make sense intuitively. Highly recommend Dr. Wu and her all Shoreline staff for surgical procedures. She makes eye surgery feel much less frightening than it may be to have best possible outcomes. Must follow any strict instructions to meet expectations and resolve eye issues, surgical or not. Thanks for the outstanding care! This team is rock solid!
Been struggling with a leaky eye for years and she was able to find the problem the first time she saw me. She made me very comfortable, as who likes needles that close to their eye, and explained everything to me. Grateful for her!
