Dr. Wilson couldn't care less about her patients. On the 2 or 3 times I saw her the wait time was over an hour and I saw upon checking in there were at least 3 other patients booked for the same appt. time. Her staff did a musical number with patients after they were taken back so at least another 30 to 40 minutes was added to wait times. Then 10 mins max if she was seeing you in her office, with no questions asked. Maybe 3 minutes if it was a follow-up after surgery. Bad staff and Assembly line
Dr Wilson has been my Dr for 29 years and has always been there for me with the most professional care. She was the only Dr, and I interviewed many, that asked me how I would like my pregnancy care to go. We later discovered I was having twins! She eased my anxieties through a very difficult pregnancy and emergency C-section. She later performed another surgery and now I see her for normal checkups and hormone therapy. I am so happy I found her, thank you Dr Debbie!
He is compassionate and caring! Listens to you concerns and loves working in gynecology. He is a great surgeon and very easy to talk to. Actually listens!!! Word is he will be moving soon and getting an appt without having to wait for a call back will be a thing of the past.
Dr. Roberts is wonderful - truly an outstanding doctor! Had both my teenage daughters see her and was very impressed . We had a follow up question that I expected to have answered via her nurse and the doctor called me back herself and answered questions. Would highly recommend.
I have been a patient for almost 23 years and have had top notch medical care. I have had 2 babies, three surgeries and now hormone pellets. Amazing staff, caring doctor. Friends and family far and near now see her as well.
The office was so great! They got me in quickly, the staff was super friendly, and my appointment started on time! Dr. Roberts was so attentive and thorough. Overall my care here so far has been exceptional and I will definitely be back and have already referred family and friends!
Dr Roberts is professional, yet approachable. Encouraging yet honest. She makes talking about sensitive and private things feel quite comfortable. A really wonderful physician with excellent bedside manner. Thanks Dr Roberts!
Don't have a procedure done by Dr. Wilson until you verify with your insurance that it will be covered. Her office billed an incorrect code to get a procedure paid by insurance but the surgery center billed the correct code and the procedure was denied. I am now responsible for a very large bill for a very minor procedure that could have been done in her office under local anesthesia.
Dr Wilson is as good as it gets !! The Best ! I’ve been her patient for almost 30 years. Dr Wilson has delivered my daughter, done much needed surgery, hormone pellets, all my wellness visits etc. Dr Wilson always goes above and beyond to help her patients. I have sent several friends and relatives to Dr Wilson and now my daughter sees her. Dr Wilson leaves no stones unturned when it comes to women’s healthcare. I am so grateful for the lives she’s has saved and the people she has helped .
