I’ve seen dozens of psychiatrists throughout my life, many considered top thought leaders in New York City. None have come close to the quality of care and clinical knowledge Dr. Stegner has. In such a vulnerable space as psychiatry, It’s crucial for providers to be highly competent in treating various mental health issues. Like myself, many patients have suffered for years and finding Dr. Stegner has been literally life changing. I cannot recommend her more in a sea of mediocre psychiatrists.

I had serious reservations about how well this treatment would work. Therefore, I'm pleasantly surprised by the outcome. My family and friends have made positive comments too. It's easier to understand me because I speak clearer and slower; with a purpose. Its easier for me to pay attention to others and stay involved in conversations. I've not had a single panic attack nor uncontrollable crying episodes. I've been so much happier and active that I feel like a different person. Thank you Serenity!
