I’m highly disappointed with my experience working with this realtor. Throughout the leasing process for my commercial space, I was given information that turned out not to be true. I was told the unit would be painted before I moved in, but that never happened. In addition, my realtor, who brought me to the property and handled the entire deal was not paid his rightful commission split, even though he fulfilled his duties.I would not recommend working with this agent.
I love me some Nae! There was a tiny come to Jesus moment at the beginning but after that smooth sailing. She was so patient and clearly invested in helping me find my dream house. She talked me off the ledge a couple times, listened to me moan about one thing or the other and was warm and compassionate. The epitome of a professional. Should I ever consider buying another house Nae will be the first person I call.
4 months after closing I’m finding out that she did not disclose all of the necessary information. Beware of this one
