Dr. Herron is a wonderful optometrist and a nice person, her staff, however, is the worst I have ever encountered. Customer and patient service is not existent. I had a 10:30 appointment, arrived at 10:15 my estimated time to see Dr. Herron was 12:30, then the exam then the glasses. Unless you have all day to waste, don't go there. And, worst of all the staff does not give a dam
I have been a patient of Debbie Herron's for years and have found that she has been caring and compassionate to me and my families needs.If ever there were any questions she took extra time to help me understand. Her staff has always been helpful and knowledgeble and is always eger to help us with everything from filing our insurance to picking out frames. I will continue to be a patient here and would recommend her.
You can not count on good service here. I would like to say that my experience with the staff has been quite unsatisfactory. I find some of them rude and uncaring. Think twice before you go there.
