I took my dog in and I have loved blue pearl before but Dr Schiffer came in asked what was wrong she was sanding in a corner didn’t even look at or touch him and said well he is fat. I wasn’t in there to talk about his weight. So I left and luckily he was fine the next day but I spent 153.00 for her to say he is fat. I will call next time and if she is there I will go somewhere else.

I brought my dog to the Blue Perl on Thursday, Dr Schiffer was on duty that day. She diagnosed her immediately, she saved her. Dr Schiffer is a professional, she knows what she is doing and that’s what I needed, not her smiles and hugs, just for her to do her job.

I brought my Baxter into the Urgent Care at Bark City in Sunday, November 26th, 2023. I brought him in as his right hind leg started going lame, he wouldn’t walk, eat or drink, was shaking and I said his eyes were rolling in the back of his head. We were seen 4 hours after arriving. I brought our French Bulldog PePe in on 9/7. He was clearly experiencing symptoms of IVDD. He had no use of his hind legs. They took in him immediately, but I waited 4+ hours to get a cold phone call from the vet.
