Dr Schappell diagnostic skills are eclipsed by her surgical skills and the resulting cosmetic outcomes. A decade ago she removed a squamous cell carcinoma on my neck. The scar is imperceptible. She is thorough in her full body exam while at the same time making you feel relaxed .Not only is the exam not rushed but she takes time and encourages questions.She takes the time to answer all your questions. Dr Schappell is the an outstanding dermatologist.
Dr. Schappell gives me time to ask questions and answers them clearly. She also explains the procedure as she's going so I know what to expect (even if it's just my annual full body skin check).
My sixteen year old son was discharged for absolutely no reason. Upon speaking to 2 different people, they also stated it must be a mistake. I was advised they would speak to the provider because he only had one no show which was two or three years ago. I was left a voicemail that said the Doctor said she's going to refill his prescription once.But you need to find another doctor I called for the office manager to call me back two times on two different dates and still never received a phone call.
