My Doberman loves Gus, and DR Schaffer did an outstanding job on my boy. Our experience has always been outstanding there and we will be bringing a new puppy this month!!
I took both of my Dobermans here for ear cropping. I could not recommend Dr.Schaffer enough her and her staff are beyond amazing and are very knowledgeable. Big thank you to Gus for all that he does as well!
Best ear crop in the USA! From the crop to aftercare it’s the best!
Gus is rude, unprofessional, and flat out embarrassing to this office. He acted like a toddler throwing a tantrum and clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or respect. Gus should not be working with animals or people. This clinic would be better off without him his tantrums and lack of professionalism drive customers away. We will not be back our own veterinarian will be handling his after care from here on out.
