Gus is rude, unprofessional, and flat out embarrassing to this office. He acted like a toddler throwing a tantrum and clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or respect. Gus should not be working with animals or people. This clinic would be better off without him his tantrums and lack of professionalism drive customers away. We will not be back our own veterinarian will be handling his after care from here on out.
Arguably the best ear cropping Veterinarian in Dallas. However, I wouldn't recommend calling their office with a heated concern about their handling and care of your 8 week old Doberman puppy after the procedure. I was told the office didn't want me to return. After a somewhat humiliating explanation and apology to the woman I spoke with they agreed to continue seeing my Dog but after the expensive procedure and several aftercare appointments on my on my very expensive Doberman I felt like my concern about my puppy was not u... read more
Incredibly friendly staff! Brought our Doberman babies Kovu and Ryker in for an ear cropping, Dr Schaffer did a wonderful job on their ears! Kovu ended out with a medium long, and Ryker's were done long. Beautifully done! They gave wonderful instructions for aftercare, and Gus did an amazing job teaching us how to post their ears afterwards! He even told us what materials to get!! Our boys are 4 months old now, got their ears done at about 1.5 months. Ryker still needs a few postings, as his ears are longer and still healing... read more
