I had received an email from them a few days before I was to visit and it had the new patient forms on it so I printed them and had them filled out before I got there. The front desk attendant was very friendly. I was in awe of the beautiful decor of quilts around the waiting room. Since I arrived early, I looked at every one! The PA was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Mendelson is awesome! And a very talented quilt maker. Already my rash is getting better in just a few days.
