Deborah was fantastic in helping us sell our property. We are inexperienced in such things and Deborah helped us work through the steps needed to get the home ready for sale. She took charge of the sale plan and “rolled up her sleeves” to get the house ready for showings. We had somewhat unusual situation with our tenant and Deborah worked with us to accommodate the needs of our tenant as we sold the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Deborah and will likely engage her in the future.

My husband and I meet Deborah several years ago and when it came time to sell our condo that we had as a rental, we turned immediately to Deborah. She was so helpful in getting all the trades in to prepare the condo for market. From painting, flooring and staging, everything went so smoothly. The condo was on the market for 3 days and sold for asking. We would highly recommend Deborah.
